I have had a few questions lately about nutrition and foods I eat in summer - especially foods that will help to avoid bloating - so I thought it was about time i filmed a what i eat in a day video for you guys! Let me first say that bloating is normal and everyone's GI tract will bloat throughout the day to some extent. But I definitely find some foods have more impact on me than others. We filmed this vlog the day before I was due to shoot some workouts, so it was a good opportunity to show the kinds of foods I like to eat to stay light and avoid too much impact on my stomach and digestive system. This is definitely not everything I ate throughout the day - I had snacks throughout the day including some avocado toast that Hunty made for me at the villa, some dark chocolate, and a protein smoothie I grabbed on the walk home. I also ended up adding eggs and a little bit of goat cheese to my qunioa bowl at the end of the day. On some days I will definitely eat more than this - my appetite totally varies and I try to honour what my body needs each day. My main focus was to share some things I try to ADD into my diet before shoot days.
