How Does The FCC Know If You Have A License Or What Kind Of Radio You Are Using On GMRS or Ham?

In this video I mythbust some of the lies that all of the radio-Karens continue to spread all over the internet: How does the FCC know what kind of radio you are using and can the FCC tell if you have a license or not. In other words, how does the FCC catch you? More importantly, what will the FCC do if you transmit on a GMRS radio without a GMRS license or if you transmit on a ham radio like a Baofeng UV-5R on GMRS frequencies.
