Homeric Hymn 12, dedicated to the goddess Hera, giving her due honor equal to that of Zeus.

The Homeric Hymns are a collection of thirty-three anonymous Ancient Greek language hymns celebrating individual gods. The hymns are written in a similar dialect and in the same poetic meter as the one used by Homer in the Iliad and Odyssey, and were thus traditionally ascribed to him, and are still called Homeric because of these similarities.
