Beer brewing is an art that every brewer learns through experience and toiling in years of hard work into the same process day in and day out. Beer brewing can be a very innovative process but still, there are some basic steps and process which one should follow:
To start with your process one should decide that with which grain you want to make your beer with it can be a barley beer or wheat beer or rye.

The very first process is malting, during malting, the grain is steeped in water to increase its moisture to 45-50%, and then germination is done to convert complex carbohydrates to simple fermentable sugar. The last process in malting is kilning where we heat treat the germinating grain to stop the germination of cereal grain

Mashing: during this process, we convert all the complex carbohydrate to simple fermentable sugar by the help of enzymes like alpha and bet amylase

Lautering can be considered as the sieving process where the husk of the grain is separated from the liquid wort which will be fermented in the later stages. The wort should have a particular specific gravity which helps in determining a brewer that how much sugar is converted to alcohol. This can be measured by determining the gravity of the final product with the original gravity of the wort.

Boiling: Boiling helps to sterilize the wort and also get the wort specific gravity right so that proper fermentation can be done and can result in proper alcohol concentration.

Fermentation: This is the process where the magic happens and pitching of yeast takes place, this is the first and last time where aeration happens
