BANG🔥 Kicking off my new air fryer series “Crispy in 15” with these Bang Bang Salmon Bites: a fast, feel-good dinner inspired by the Bonefish Grill classic, but lighter, quicker, and packed with protein!

Follow along for more easy, crispy-ish dinners ready in 15!

You’ll need:
-1 lb salmon, cut into cubes
-1 T olive oil
-2 tsp honey
-1 tsp soy sauce
-1 tsp paprika
-¼ tsp garlic powder
-¼ tsp each salt and pepper

Toss the salmon with the seasonings and air fry at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes.

For the bang bang sauce:
-⅓ c Greek yogurt
-3 T sweet chili sauce
-1 tsp sriracha (or more!)

Serve it bowl-style with rice, avocado, cucumber, edamame, green onions, and cilantro. Drizzle the bang bang sauce and DEVOUR!
