Radhika earned two degrees from prestigious U.S. universities but initially struggled to find a job, facing seven rejections that led to a deep depression. Her life turned around when she connected with a McKinsey & Company interviewer over bridge, leading to a job offer.

Later, Radhika returned to India, started an asset management firm with her husband, and quickly grew it into a successful business. Her journey didn't stop there; she became the CEO of Edelweiss Asset Management at just 33, making her one of India's youngest CEOs.

Radhika's story of overcoming adversity and finding success is truly inspirational, and she now serves as a judge on Shark Tank, motivating new entrepreneurs.
