To account the above transaction follow the steps given below
1. Create a Masters. Purchase Ledger ii. Service Provider (supplier) Ledger iii. Tax Ledger
2. Record the Transaction in Purchase Voucher

To Create Purchase Ledger
Go to Gateway of Tally Accounts Info. Ledgers Create
In the Name field, enter Purchase -Advertisement Services as the Ledger Name
1.Select Purchase Accounts in Under field
2.Set Inventory values are affected to No
3.Set the option Is Service Tax Applicable to Yes
4.In the Default Service Category field, select Taxable Service from the List of Service Categories
