July 2011 – GP Appointment
September 4th 2011 – Legal name change
Sep 20th 2011 – First private appointment
January 4th 2012 – second appointment
January 25th 2012 – Started T :D
June 2012 – Top surgery referral
July 2012 – Consultation
August 15th 2012 – Top Surgery :D
August 29th 2012 – Post-op appointment
January 2013 – Testogel to Nebido
October 2015 – GP referral to NHS clinic
January 2016 – Nebido back to Testogel
August 2016 First NHS appointment
May 2017 – Bottom surgery referral
August 2017 – Bottom surgery consultation
January 13th 2018 – Bottom surgery 1st stage :D
March 2018 – Post-op appointment
