AirClub was founded in Geneva on October 30th, 2012. It is the leading corporate jet alliance and has made it its mission to be a pioneer in business aviation, executing leadership by using agreed values, principals and processes, thereby setting new industry standards that others seek to imitate.

All AirClub members operate to the highest standards in the aviation industry, ensuring the safety of employees, customers and suppliers. AirClub currently has eight members:

Having successfully presented itself at Middle East Business Aviation (MEBA) 2012, the AirClub alliance has chosen the 2013 European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) as the platform to officially announce its expansion into the UK market. London Executive Aviation (LEA), one of Europe's largest business jet charter operators, has joined AirClub, becoming the first UK-based member of the world's leading corporate jet alliance.

LEA becomes the ninth member of AirClub, which was founded in October 2012 with the
mission of setting new industry standards through its pioneering alliance model. As Christian Hatje, chairman of AirClub and PrivatAir's senior vice president business aviation, explains: "Our vision is clear: To be the most advanced, leading global alliance of corporate jet operators. Our wide variety of operators and experts makes us stronger than any other player in the industry."

Patrick Margetson-Rushmore, chief executive, LEA, says: "LEA is honoured to have been invited to become the first member of AirClub from the UK. Through the sharing of principles and processes, we look forward to playing an important role in further improving standards and enhancing the overall customer experience.
