Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL), under the aegis of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, conducted a 2 Days Mega Recruitment Drive for female ST Students in four aspirational districts of Jharkhand, namely Khunti, Saraikela, Chaibasa and Simdega for their Hosur Plant in Tamil Nadu. The recruitment drive was tremendously successful, as exemplified by the significant number of qualified female candidates who got shortlisted for the role. The recruitment drive was a welcome step for transforming the lives of young tribal women seeking jobs by providing them with the opportunity to upskill and work for their families and become role models in Jharkhand.
