Flashback or Dream Effect on Premiere Pro (Tutorial)

Howzit guys, in this video I will show you how to make this flashback effect or dream effect in Premiere Pro. This is a great effect if you are wanting to do a flashback transition to a previous memory or to create a daydream effect for someone who is zoning out. The great thing about this transition is that is customizable. If you want to only use the blur transition effect and make it fast, you can do that, or you can add the extra layers to make more of a dreamy effect.
