About this video- RECIPE:
Take a bowl, put All-Purpose Flour, Carom Seeds, Salt and Ghee in it. Mix it well and bind the soft dough by adding water in it gradually.
Cover the dough and keep it for 15-20 mins.
For Kachori Filling, soak Yellow Split Gram (Yellow Moong Dal) for 2 hours and then drain its water and grind the Moong Dal coarsely.
Keep a pan on the flame, turn the flame slow and put Oil, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, coarsely ground Coriander Seeds, Asafoetida in it. Then put some Gram Flour and roast it for 2-3 mins on slow flame. Put spices in it like White Salt, Black salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Mango Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, and some Garam Masala Powder in it and mix them. Then put the coarsely ground Moong Dal in it and roast it on slow flame. Then put some Dried Fenugreek Leaves and some Sugar and mix them well. Turn off the flame, the filling will get ready.
Make the balls of the ready filling and make the dough balls.
Take a dough ball, spread it with hands, apply some water on it, put a filling ball, and cover it all around then press it with palms.
In the same way, make ready all the Kachoris and fry them in the medium heated Oil.
For Wheat Flour Kachori/Parantha, take some Wheat Flour dough, put some Salt, Red Chili Powder, and some Oil in it and knead it. Then spread it with hands, apply some Water put some Kachori filling on it, and cover it all around and roll it. Then roast it on the Tawa till it turns crispy and cut it in 4 parts.
In this way, very tasty and crispy Moong Dal Kachori will get ready so easily at home.

INGREDIENTS:
All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 200 grams/2 small bowl
Carom seeds (अजवाइन)
Salt (नमक)
Ghee/Oil (घी/तेल) - 1/4 cup
Water (पानी) - as required
FOR FILLING:
Moong Dal (मूंग दाल) - 1/2 cup/ 1 small bowl
Oil (तेल) - 1-1.5 tbsp
Fennel seeds (सौंफ) - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds (सूखा धनिया) - 1 tsp
Asafoetida (हींग) - 1/4 tsp
Gram Flour (बेसन) - 3 tsp
Salt (नमक)
Black Salt (काला नमक)
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) - 1/4 tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी)
Sugar powder (चीनी पाउडर)
Oil (तेल)
