When newbies try AcroYoga basing, they frequently can't get past the basics because of mobility limitations.

Most of them have tight hamstrings which stop them from locking out their knees when L-basing at a 90-degree angle.

A little bit of stretching can correct this in a fairly short amount of time, however, and they'll then be able to move toward more advanced acro on a more solid foundation.

In this video I suggest a two-stretch routine which should be effective for most bases with mobility limitations.
