🥘 Ingredients for Dal:

Tuvar Dal (Pigeon Pea Lentils) – 1/2 cup
masoor dal 2 tbsp
Tomatoes – 1 (chopped)
Green Chillies – 2 chopped
Ginger – 1 inch (grated)
Jaggery – 2 tbsp (adjust as per taste)
Curry Leaves – 8 to 10
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 /2 tsp
Hing (Asafoetida) – 1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil +Ghee – 2 tbsp
Dry chilli 2
Cloves 4
Cinemon stick 1
lemon juice 1
Fresh Coriander – for garnish
