Rebecca Davis joins me for today’s podcast, which is entitled: Christianity Today: “Chasing the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea” to Silence Victims of SRA and to Cover Up the Crime of the Ages.” This is our response to Christianity Today’s (CT) podcast series “The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea: How Chasing Phantoms Distracts Us from Real Devils in our Midst.”
CT has taken on Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) and Repressed Memories (RM) in their series and has claimed them to both be untrue. They delve into their perceived roots of the Satanic Panic. What they present is a trail of logic leaps, red herrings, and straw man arguments that do not lead to the conclusion they want their listeners to reach. They do not want anyone to see the crime of the ages: Satanists are participating in the worship of Satan/Baphomet/Demons.
