Remote camping in a Welsh forest

We stayed at this 17th century off grid property in Snowdonia but slept in our VW California camper van, purely because we love camping in our van.
This little cottage is high up in the hills, amongst the forest in North Wales, above Betws Y Coed. You have no nearby neighbours, just acres of trees and views of hills and mountains in the distance.
No electricity and bottled gas didn't put us off staying here, all we needed was a log burner so we could listen to the logs crackling while enjoying a beer away from the wind and rain which were swirling around the tall pine trees outside our window.
