M8’s in conjunction with Benny’s Backyard Project are proud to present an ongoing series showcasing DJs in surreal New Zealand landscapes and environments. We invite you to share this first experience as we present Benny Daniel and Mattheu Pong of Benny’s Backyard Project.

Benny’s Backyard Project bring their passion for the dark minimal and deep liquid sounds to the scene, always looking for new ways to create and innovate. Between them, they have played a sold-out Studio alongside Sly Chaos, a sold-out Totara Records Summer Sendoff, Destination Unknown at Ellerslie Event Centre, Invades: The Races Day Party, Collekt’s Mutual Motion, as well as various GeorgeFM features and venues across Auckland. They are set to play alongside Kanine, Prospa, and Skepsis in early January at Socks Off Festival in Tauranga.
