The iRoll from Moretti Forni is a quick, easy way to evenly divide, roll and shape dough balls for pizzas. Where uniformity is crucial and labor times need to be reduced the iRoll divider and rounder is a great assistant to the commercial kitchen. Once the dough mix is prepared it is put into the iRoll where it is passed through an interchangeable extrusion cone, cut by a blade, and dropped into the rounder. A spiral rounding system then rolls the measured dough portions into neatly rolled balls ready for storage and proving. It is easy to use, clean and maintain.
