Shoto and Dabi are both characetrs I've been wanting to play for a while and now that Todoroki got a slight buff to his Gamma now is the time! I used to love Todoroki and I still do, but he doesn't hold up compared to other projectile characters. Dabi has a more Unique kit and it is a lot of fun but it does get countered by most characters. I wouldn't say he is bad but he is definitely lacking compared to others in the Technical class like Toga, and Aizawa.
