✔ In this video, we have discussed about - Organisational Management Theory given by Henri fayol. His Flexible Principles were backbone for organisational management. His focus on managerial aspects rightly earned the title of "Father of Modern Science of Management". He emphasized on 'Rule of Thumb' should be replaced with 'Science of Administration'.

Fayol's theory focused on top down analysis to improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow. . Fayol's principles included:
Division of Work, Scalar Chain, Unity of Command, Unity of Direction, Gang Plank, Authority & Responsibility, Equity, etc .
Organisational management theory aims to increase efficiency so that revenue is increased. This can be achieved through the following goals. Improving productivity by standardizing tools to achieve a high production rate. Ensuring quality is consistent in products through research and quality control.
