Ah yes, the long awaited (remake) video of the ceiling fans in my grandparents old house. This video was taken back in July when I went to California again probably for the last time for a while. As you can see there are quite a lot of updates as I explain in the beginning of the video. It's honestly kinda sad to leave these fans behind because they were a big part of my childhood, but life goes on... Anyways, now I will go ahead and explain the back story of all the fans and such (if you even care). So the fan in the kitchen and dinner room are both technically original to the house, they were just installed at a later time. The Bahama hugger or whatever the hell its called was made in 1985 and probably installed around then. Now the reason why the blades are all bent up is because being a 52" fan, it's a little big for the kitchen so when ever someone would open the kitchen cabinets while the fan is on, it would wack right into it and bend up the blades. It used to have a set of white cane blades that my grandma painted over a few times, but replaced them with the oak cane blades in 2013. The Breezeway was installed somewhere is the early 2000s because the room that its in used to be my grandpas music room, and then became a storage room when they transformed the garage into a music room. The Whitestar was installed when the house was added on (the dinning room is basically the add-on) in 1994, also the year my grandma moved into the house. The Havana replaced a Walmart impressions in 2020 that I installed out there in 2019. Idk why I put it out there, I just did and my grandma liked it. Now in the room with the Hunter Channing used to be (what I remember) a Hampton Bay Coressel II. I remember it used to have another set of rainbow blades that my grandma would sometimes put on it when I got bored of the white/oak blades. Sadly I do not have any videos of that fan. It was replaced in 2012 or 2013 with the Walmart Impressions that has now been given away. Then in 2019 I replaced it with this Hunter Channing. Then my grandma told me she had trouble with it and put a new one up which I'm not really sure about. The Heritage FERNAUX replaced the View Fan Spinner that is now in my room at my moms house in 2019. it didn't have a bracket so I had to use the one from the View Fan to install it. The View fan was Also installed around 1986 like the Bahama hugger. The Hampton Bay Beacon Hill I do not know much about. All I know is its probably around the same age as the View Fan and Bahama. One thing I also remember is in 2014 or 2015 me and my grandma replaced the light bulbs in the up-light. Boy that was fun... Also, the last clip was when I got back home because I forgot to make one after filming all the fans in the house. Anyways, that's all the knowledge I have on these fans. Eventually I will have a update video on the fans in my grandmas new house. Thats all for now, Folks!
