HOW TO SERIES... Sync Multiple Tiles To The Same Time Using Incident Reports - Q&A

I received a GREAT Question from one of the Subscribers to my Youtube Channel - ‪@genetec‬ #TheInsideTrack and rather than wait for the normal release cycle I thought I would answer this question immediately and get it posted for all Genetec #SecurityCenter users to benefit from!

So here is a question that I received from one of our Subscribers:

"I do have another inquiry for you as it relates to saving video. Is there a way I can select all the tiles that are synced at a certain time and add all those to an incident report? All I have been able to figure out now is how to just do one at a time and when you have 20 cameras to add to an incident its showing very time consuming. With our current VMS we do not have to do that and you can just set the start and end time of multiple cameras and its done that quick."

Can it be done? The Short answer is... YES!!!!
