In Kathmandu you can find Thamel which is more famous for the variety of shops, pubs, clubs, shops, travel agencies, hotels, jewellery shops, trekking and hiking stores, coffee shops, bakeries, eateries, and many more. It's a place where you can find mountaineering gear, branded materials, and a foreign currency exchange centre as well.
Walking distance from Thamel Market you can also find Indra Chowk and Asan Bazar which is much more cheaper than the Thamel Market.
