The control arms on the Nissan Titan are actually a pretty easy DIY Replacement and are all one part with the upper ball joints. In my case the ball joint was actually fairly decent, but the bushings on the control are were toast so we replaced the assemblies. This is something you can do yourself in your driveway with minimal tools.
