My hair has grown back healthier than ever !

Hi long hair lovers ! I have been wanting to make this video since a very long time. I wanted to show how sometimes we take essential things such as health or beauty for granted... until we realize we are going to loose them. And suddenly, we understand how lucky we were and how much unaware of it and unthankful we had been living !...

That's what happened to me a few years ago, when my hair started shedding so much that I realized it was time to worry for my health.

I was diagnosed with severe chronic digestive problems that had led to multiple deficiencies in vital oligo-elements, as well as immune problems, hormonal and metabolic troubles, joints and muscles pains, insomnia, chronic fatigue, migraines, anxiety and depression. Yep !...

The battle plan to recover my health and energy was a drastic one. I probably will have to stick to a restrictive diet all my life. But the unexpected "side-effect" was a very much needed weight loss, and the recovery of my hair beauty beyond all my expectations ! Which makes me suspect that my digestive problems must have started long ago, probably already short after my teenage years.

Besides these health considerations, I also wanted to encourage all ladies (or gents ^^) of my age, who dream about growing their hair long and beautiful, to go for it ! We have only one life, and one day it might be too late. So why deprive ourselves from a legitimate and free source of happiness ?
