Rajasthan High Court, on September 25th, 2018, issued notice to the state government and CBI in case of sexual assault and murder of 15-year-old a minor girl in Dholpur district, Rajasthan. According to the family, on July 8th, 2018, the 15 year old girl was sexually assaulted and later murdered by the son (and his friends) of the Deputy Chairman of the Municipal Council Ayub Khan. Not only did the police refuse to register the family's FIR (admitting it after 7 days), they also tried to threaten the family to withdraw their case acting on the pressure exerted by the family of the accused.
