Ingredients :
For Marination:
750 grams chicken
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt/ as per taste
3-4 tbsp yoghurt
For curry:
For paste:
2-3 tbsp ghee
4 green cardamoms
1 cinnamom stick
2 cloves
2 medium sized onions
15-20 cashews
10-12 almonds
Roughly chopped almonds and cashews - optional
saffron milk (15-20 strands of saffron + 3 tbsp milk)
3 tbsp malai / fresh cream
