🛑Air Brake Pedal Gauge Stuck at 50 PSI? Here’s What We Found! ⚙️. A customer came in with a strange issue: the air brake pedal gauge stayed at 50 PSI even after applying the brakes. Normally, when brakes are applied, pressure should drop to zero.

Our specialist tech performed a full brake system inspection, checking for leaks and faulty components. After testing, the problem was found — the traction control valve under the cab was leaking, constantly sending air to the pressure switch and keeping the gauge stuck at 50 PSI.
