🍙Ingredients
3 cups of rice
Water (according to the rice cooker's instructions)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons sake
3 teaspoons chicken soup stock powder
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated garlic
Black pepper (to taste)
1 chicken breast
2-3 eringi mushrooms
1 head of broccoli


🍙Directions
1 Place 3 cups of washed rice into the rice cooker.
2 Add soy sauce, sake, chicken soup stock powder, sesame oil, black pepper, and grated garlic. Fill with water up to the 3-cup mark.
3 Add the chicken breast.
4 Use scissors to chop the eringi mushrooms.
5 Also chop the broccoli with scissors and add them.
6 Turn on the rice cooker and wait for it to finish cooking.
7 Once the rice is cooked, mix everything together. If the chicken breast is not shredded, use scissors to cut it into smaller pieces.
8 This time, I made four bento boxes. The main dish is hamburger.
9 Any leftover rice can be made into onigiri and frozen. I made 10 onigiri.
