Yamaha Artist and Snarky Puppy drummer Larnell Lewis, is a highly experienced drummer who combines electronics and acoustic equipment in his work. He embraces the many new dimensions that electronic kits can bring to his life as a professional drummer, and over his career, he has spent many hours performing, preparing and practising on electronic kits.

We sat down with Larnell to play through and discuss the new Yamaha DTX10K-X Kit. The DTX10 series is the flagship of the DTX lineup, combining the functionality of electronic drums with the sheer beauty of their acoustic counterparts.
