Despite Russian concern over plans for a new Jewish settlement in east
Jerusalem, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emerged from a meeting with President Boris Yeltsin in Moscow on Tuesday (11/3) making it clear there would be no change of policy.
