Welcome to my YouTube video! In this follow-along 10 Min FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT at Home for Fatloss & MuscleGain | NO REPEAT you can exercise conveniently at home. This workout is designed to target every muscle group using compound movements, helping you mobilize fat cells, build lean muscle mass, increase strength, and burn energy and calories even after completing the workout. Basically, it will leave you feeling awesome!

During the workout, each exercise is performed for 40-45 seconds with a 15-20 second rest in between. There are no repeated exercises, ensuring variety and effectiveness.

For this workout, I am using 6KG dumbbells on each side. However, feel free to adjust the weight according to your preference or go at your own pace. The timer provided is simply for guidance.
