It's a sad fact that most kibble brands marketed as FOR ferrets, include large amounts of harmful ingredients that can lead to serious health issues over time. In this post I speak about Marshalls Farms and Versele-laga, but if you feed your ferrets kibble and have not done your research thoroughly, there is a high chance you're feeding them an unhealthy diet. The health issues this leads too are painful and expensive to treat at the vets. But switching your ferret's diet might not be easy, as they imprint on their food at a young age. In this guide I'll show you how I managed a drama-free diet switch from one kibble brand to another. There is also a bonus tip for helping your cat-noodle to learn to love salmon oil. I hope it helps you do the best by your ferrets 🥰🐾
