Why are there FOUR EU Presidents?

The EU has four presidents, but no leader. Unlike in Member-States, European citizens can't point to one single individual we can all agree is our representative on the world stage. In this video, we cover the four presidents of the EU institutions and try to find which one is best suited to be called the "leader of the EU"
