Idineklarang sufficient in form ng House Committee on Justice ang ikatlo at ikaapat na impeachment complaint laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.


Isinantabi naman ang unang reklamo dahil sa pagtatalo kung labag ito sa one-year bar rule, habang binawi ng mga complainant ang ikalawang reklamo.


May kumuwestiyon naman sa pagiging patas ng mga kongresista dahil sa alegasyong ilan sa kanila ay nakatanggap umano ng male-maletang pera.
