About this project-
Construction of 2x2 Lane Bridge with footpath across river Ganga between Sultanganj Ghat (Bhagalpur District) and Aguwani Ghat (Khagaria District) including navigational span of cable stayed and approaches (Connecting NH31 and NH80) in the state of Bihar. S.P.Singla Constructions Pvt. Ltd . This Sultanganj pul Aguwani Ghat bridge will be connected with 25 km approach roads on both ends of the bridge along with 1.5 meter footpath for pedestrians. The total cost of construction would be nearly Rs 1,711 crore, whereas the cost for the bridge would be around Rs 900 cr. A hanging ‘Dolphin Observatory for the commuters to watch endangered species leaping and going under water from the bridge will also be the part of the state-of-the-art Sultanganj- Aguwani Ghat bridge besides Intelligent Traffic System (ITS) camera and other infrastructures to monitor and regulate vehicular traffic.
