These homemade Veg Garlic Nuggets are crispy on the outside and soft, cheesy, and flavourful on the inside! Perfect for lunchboxes, parties, or evening snacks — these nuggets are a hit with kids and adults alike.

🧾 Ingredients (सामग्री):
Main Mixture (मुख्य मिश्रण):
5 nos. Pahadi Aloo (boiled & mashed) (पहाड़ी आलू – उबले और मैश किए हुए)
1 tbsp Crushed black pepper powder (कुटी काली मिर्च)
Salt – as per taste (नमक – स्वादानुसार)
2 tbsp Mixed herbs (मिक्स्ड हर्ब्स)
1 tbsp Butter (मक्खन)
1 tbsp Chopped garlic (कटा हुआ लहसुन) / chopped coriander (कटा धनिया)
½ cup Spring onion (स्प्रिंग अनियन)
2 cubes Processed cheese (प्रोसेस्ड चीज़)
5 slices Fresh bread (फ्रेश ब्रेड) – use as required for binding (बाइंडिंग के लिए)
1 tbsp Green chilli paste (हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट)
1 tbsp Chilli flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स)
Slurry (for Coating) – घोल (कोटिंग के लिए):
2 tbsp Maida (मैदा)
2 tbsp Cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर)
Salt – as per taste (नमक – स्वादानुसार)
½ tbsp Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Water – as required (आवश्यकतानुसार पानी)
Bread crumbs (ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स) – for coating (कोटिंग के लिए)

🔪 Method (विधि संक्षेप में):
Mash boiled potatoes properly.
Add all ingredients (except bread) and mix well.
Add fresh bread to get the right binding consistency.
Shape into small nuggets.
Dip in slurry, coat with breadcrumbs, and rest for 15 minutes.
Deep fry or bake until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce!
