Baldwin Park is about 10 minutes from downtown Orlando. It's an extremely unique neighborhood. It's one of Orlando's only master-planned communities.

The Baldwin Park neighborhood was built with walkability in mind. There's the village center that has many shops and restaurants. There are a number of housing options to choose from like single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartments.
