In 2016, I thought I was a great Product Owner. Then, booking.com invited me to be part of an interview. Back then, I lived in Sao Paulo, I had no expectations to move to Europe, but I got excited for this interview. The result, was a surprised, I failed.

Dealing with the failure is what helped me developed myself. The interview result was an eye opener for me. I was not a good Product Owner at all, I didn't know anything about Product Management.

If you want to succeed in you career, you need to keep developing yourself. Never settle, stay humble and become self-aware of your gaps.
