Our eye is a precious part of our body and health, and a priceless organ. With the help of this precious organ we see everything in this world. But due to some special reasons we lose this precious resource of ours.
For a few mistakes.
Not knowing properly, many of us make a few mistakes, for which we lose eye and its vision.

In a previous video, I told about what foods are beneficial for eye health, that is, what foods we should eat more of.

In another video, I have told what foods should not be eaten to maintain good eyesight.
Consuming these foods can cause poor eyesight.

And then I told that apart from food, there are many other things to do, which if done, our eyes and vision will be good.
