साहित्य /Ingredients

मॅरिनेशन साठी/ For marination
15-20 लसूण पाकळ्या/ 15-20 Garlic cloves
2 इंच आलं/ 2-inch Ginger
8-10 मिरच्या/ 8-10 Green chillies
1 छोटी वाटी कोथिंबीर/ 1 cup Coriander leaves
900gm-1 किलो चिकन (bone-in)/ 900gm-1kg Chicken (bone-in)
1 टीस्पून हळद /1 tsp Turmeric Powder
मीठ /Salt

वाटणासाठी/ For the Masala paste
3 मीडियम कांदे/ 3 medium sized onions
¼ वाटी सुकं खोबरं/ ¼ part Dry coconut piece
2 टीस्पून ज्वारीचं पीठ/ 2 tsp Jowar flour
½ टीस्पून खसखस/ ½ tsp Poppy seeds
8-10 सुक्या मिरच्या (गुंटूर/तिखट)/ 8-10 Hot dry red chillies (Guntur variety)
3-4 काश्मिरी मिरच्या/3-4 Kashmiri chillies
½ टीस्पून तेल/ ½ tsp oil
2 इंच दालचिनी/ 2 inch Cinnamon
4 वेलची/ 4 Green cardamoms
2 मोठी वेलची/ 2 Black cardamoms
10 मिरे/10 Peppercorns
1 चक्रीफूल/1 Star anise
चिमूटभर जायफळ/ A pinch Nutmeg
7-8 लवंग/7-8 Cloves
2 टीस्पून जिरे/2 tsp Cumin seeds
2 टीस्पून शहाजिरे/2 tsp Caraway seeds
4 टीस्पून धने/2 tsp Coriander seeds
1 जावित्री/1 Mace
2 तमालपत्र/2 Bay leaves
2 टीस्पून दगडफूल/2 tsp Black stone flower

चिकन साठी/ For cooking chicken
4 टेबलस्पून तेल/ 4 tbsp Oil

वाटण परतण्यासाठी/ For cooking masala paste
