In this video, we share (kinda happhazardly, apologies as this was a walkthrough for our team) our step-by-step process for batching content creation, blending AI tools with manual refinement.

Brainstorm Ideas (Demand Jump +AI + In-Person)
We brainstorm ideas around our brand pillars using tools like DemandJump for data insights and ChatGPT for generating additional ideas aligned with SEO data.

Set Up a Notion Database (with AI)
Using Notion, we create a database with columns for themes, summaries, LinkedIn posts, and Instagram captions that will auto-populate base on the content . We add the Titles and outlines from brainstorming sessions are added for seamless organization.

Draft Content (Notion AI)
Initial drafts are generated using Notion AI, either from titles alone or from fleshed-out brainstorming ideas we have imported into the database.

Tone and Accuracy Pass (Manual Edit)
A content writer ensures all drafts align with our brand voice and tone are accurate before moving forward.

Export and Batch Image Creation of Instagram Posts (Canva)
The database is exported and imported into Canva's bulk-create tool. The Instagram template we use for posts are populated with data from the spreadsheet via the imports, and images in each individual post are replaced and named to match blog titles.

Resizing Instagram Posts for other formats. (Canva)
Utilizing the Resizing tools in Canva we adapt content for Instagram Stories, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.

Post Scheduling (Social Pilot)
AI-generated captions for Instagram and LinkedIn are used across various platforms, including Threads, Facebook, and Instagram (grid and stories). Social Pilot allows you to upload. upto 500 posts at a time through a spreadsheet, so this information, including image links, will be populated in another spreadsheet in their format.

Challenges:
This time, a template miscommunication caused duplicates in Notion, adding an extra day to clean up the database. Despite this, we completed the project in 2 weeks with three team members (founder, content writer, and social media scheduler) working full-time.
