Alabama Football News today focuses on redshirt freshman Bandit Keon Keeley. Keeley was the No. 2 overall ranked player by 247Sports in the 2023 recruiting class and has only played 3 snaps in 2024. Nick Saban has Keeley transition to the outside linebacker position as a freshman but new Alabama Defensive Coordinator Kane Wommack had him put on 35 pounds in the offseason to transition back to the new Bandit position, which is basically defensive end. Some have even suggested Keon Keeley could hit the transfer portal in the offseason.
