Vinashak [1998] Sunil Shetty | Raveena Tandon | Bollywood Action Movie

A jailor uses some jailed convicts as hit-men for a fee. A plan is hatched to expose him, where Inspector Arjun (Sunil Shetty) will shoot a blank bullet at ACP Amar (Mohan Joshi), get absconded and be held at the same jail. But the plan is foiled. While in jail, Arjun finds out that Amar has been killed and he has become a convict for real.
