Antique bandsaw restoration EXTENDED EDIT

Описание к видео Antique bandsaw restoration EXTENDED EDIT

Here's an extended edit showing more of the extensive restoration of a 27-inch, 980lb, ~1910, American Sawmill Company bandsaw. It had been sitting unused in a nearby blacksmith shop since 1981 and required brazing repairs to the upper wheel sleeve bearing, as well as new guards. We use it to process small lumber, make handle blanks, and cut curves. The bandsaw is currently powered by a two horse power motor via a flat belt. In the future, I plan to make a new belt shifter to run it off a line shaft how it would have been powered originally.
