We are off to a rather good start in this first episode of Ostriv - an early access citybuilder with some nice features and focus on details that sets it apart from similar setllement building games.

About the game:

Ostriv has been in development by a one-man team since 2014. It is a citybuilding game that puts you in the role of a governor of an 18th century town. The game has all the normal features of similar citybuilding games, but focuses on organic town layouts. So no grid or angle restrictions, when placing your buildings. In the current build there are several production chains, farming, changing seasons, trading as well as other features.
On the developers website (linked below) you can find a roadmap that details the many future additions that Yevheniy has planned for his game including:

Story mode, improved trading, education, religion, crime, justice, decay of structures/vehicles and spoilage of food, more houses, more animals and more production chains....just to mention a few.
