This filling filling for large containers represents a remarkable convergence of diverse requirements. The machine is tailored to handle a wide range of large containers, from 5 to 15 liters, for institutional products encompassing diverse natures, including general-purpose cleaners, bleach-based products, and flammable liquids.

The customer, based in the United Kingdom, had already experienced the exceptional performance of a Mengibar Monoblock and sought our expertise to construct this extraordinary extra-large machine specifically designed for large containers.

👉 THE CHALLENGE

This type of filling machine is among the most expensive components in the line, and unfortunately, the client's budget was constrained. The challenge of designing and building a filling machine for large containers within a limited budget was to incorporate the following features:

Comply with ATEX standards for handling products containing alcohols and solvents.
Employ corrosion-resistant materials and polyamide coatings for enhanced durability and strength.
Accommodate large containers, requiring a larger machine footprint.

✔️ HOW DID MENGIBAR SOLVE IT?

Mengibar offers an XL (extra-large) version of all filling machines, maintaining the same number of filling and capping stations while expanding the base diameter to accommodate larger bottles. These XL machines are available with larger pitches of 220mm, 330mm, and 440mm, seamlessly integrating with Mengibar's MassFlow and MagFLow Filling Machines and Monoblocks.

The XL Series Filling Machines and Monoblocks retain all the defining characteristics, advantages, and options of their standard counterparts, including corrosion resistance and ATEX compliance, while accommodating larger bottles with an expanded machine base.
