The name of the game when cooking from scratch is saving that dough and minimizing food waste. Given our pantry is as dry as the Sahara desert when it comes to canned creamed corn, I'm taking the bull by the horns and pressure canning some mouth-watering Southern-style creamed corn. But did I actually get the bang for my buck? Was all that effort justified?
