Today I will show you how to make a beautiful Christmas Brunch/ breakfast! This is an amazing brunch that will be wonderful while opening presents Christmas Day.

Chicken
2 lb chicken breast
Marinde:
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/3 cup pickle juice
1 egg
1 tbsp mustard
buttermilk
1/4 tsp msg
1/2 tsp salt

Seasoned Flour
3 cups self rising flour
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp garlic butter seasoning
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Sauce
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 1/2 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic
rosemary
1 tsp brown sugar
*Cook on a low setting so the sauce will come together. My pan got a little too hot and my sauce separated, but it still worked out fine and tasted great. Break up the rosemary and toss over the chicken.

Cheesy Grits
1 1/2 cups grits
1 cup milk
4 cups water
1/2 cup half n half ( added after finished cooking)
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 cup cheddar or gouda cheese ( or more)
3 tbsp butter
salt/ pepper to taste

*Note you can try these grits in the instant pot and see if it works for you or on the stove. My IP came to the burn setting but none of the grits was burnt. I just let it NP release for 30 min and it fully cooked! I say try it to see if it will work for you b/c even if it doent fully cook you can finish it on sautee mode.

Sweet and Spicy Greens
3-4 slices thick cut bacon
1/2 large onion
2 cloves garlic
Mix of kale, collards, and mustard/ turnip greens (Only use tender greens. Large tough collard greens will take a long time to cook. If you have to use those cut them quite thin so they cook fast.)
1/2 tbsp hot sauce
1- 1 1/2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp crush red pepper flakes
2 tbsp dry white wine
1/2 tsp garlic butter seasoning
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Vegeta
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
salt/ pepper to taste
*adjust the seasoning according to how much greens you have

Breakfast Potatoes
5 potatoes
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tbsp salt
seasoning to taste with garlic butter seasoning, Creole seasoning, and roasted garlic seasoning
butter
bacon grease or olive oil

Cinnamon Roll Muffins
2 cups flour (240 gms)
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 tbsp butter

1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cup pecan

Glaze
2 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2-3 tbsp milk (depending on the thickness desired)
