How to cut & clean Cauliflower
First pick out the green leaves, then cut off the heavy stem. Just cut the cauliflower florets. Now you get the bigger pieces of Cauliflower.
Take the Cauliflower pieces you can easily split it with your hands.
For cleaning, in a bowl take sufficient water, add Turmeric powder & Salt, mix well add the cauliflower pieces for 30 minutes to a hour. This is the way to cut & clean the Cauliflower.
